Jessica & Rob } Geraldon} Western Australia Wedding Photographer
Posted on April 26, 2010
This was my third & final country trip for this wedding season and it was amazing! Firstly, I had never been to Geraldton and I was pleasently surprised at how beautiful it was. Although it was Easter weekend so there wasn’t much opened, we still managed to find a great resturant to have a gorgeous Spagetti Marinara (my fav) to have.
Jessica & Rob’s wedding was gorgeous and very stylish. Jessica looked like a poster girl from the 20′s – her hair, dress and make-up were very reminesent of it. The flowers were incredible using her colours of blue and burnt orange and creme. The orchids were enchanting. Her girls were gorgeous, fun and delicioius. They kept Jessica happy and relaxed and there was even some interesting dancing taking place on their fabulous Limboscene that they had hired. On Rob’s side, it was all laughs. Rob has two brother’s who are twins and are very very tall. Every so often they would come and tower over me and ask me if I wanted anything. All in all they were all gorgeous, fun and relaxed and it made it such an easy and sparkly day for everyone.
The only downer was later that evening whilst coming home, just a little tired I was ‘done’ for . . . . wait for it, not speeding or drinking or any other dangeourous activities, no for INAPPROPRIATE USE OF FOG LIGHTS. It required the police to use lights, breathaliser, a stern lecture and a ticket. . . . . I hadn’t even realised I had them on . . . new car what can I say?
So with so many gorgeous images, I’ve have used the Slideshow again with an unusual song that Jess & Rob chose. Initially I thought . . . eeek . . . is this too well …too rock, but no, I think it goes beautifully with these images that I am so proud of. Thank you Jessica & Rob for such a memorable day, I won’t forget getting lost at your parents farm (Jess) or the incredible height of your gorgeous brothers (Rob) or the antics of your girls Jess (skirts up girls!) or the love that the two of you so obviously share,
Krystal
Finally, thank you to my mum who drove with me to Geraldton and who managed to ‘chat’ both all the way there and then all the back – it was fantastic!

“Today was a Fairytale” } Perth Wedding Photographer
Posted on April 25, 2010
Amanda and Nick got married on a beautiful March day in the Swan Valley. Mandy had obviously really thought about the details of her wedding, because there was little touches everywhere of her: the purple shoes, the glass vases, the gifts for the guests and the lollies . . . . if you were diabetic, you would have lost out at this wedding because it was lolly heaven
Enjoy Mandy & Nick, sorry the posting is a little late – but swamped with work as usual!!
Thank you to Nils for helping me on this day, you are invaluable as usual!

Logo Design } Perth Photographer
Posted on April 16, 2010
A dear friend of mine has decided that her Cake design and cooking skills were too good not to be professional so she asked me to design her a Logo to go with her new buisness. She wanted to two elements: Purple and Tulips (she’s Dutch and well purple is her favourite colour). So we sat down one afternoon while the family was resting and hashed it out. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to design and the end result was fantastic.
This is one of her special Baby Nappy Cakes, except instead of the cake just being made of nappies, the top is this amazing White Choclate Mud Cake with tiny babies in icing.
She is an amazing Cake Couture Specialist and if you are looking for a Wedding/ Birthday or any Special Occaision Cake (or cupcakes) this is the person to talk to (and because she’s just started she’s also pretty reasonable).

It’s Passion Pink and it wasn’t Avon calling . . . . I’ve been Kissed!
Posted on April 14, 2010
I was so excited when my new albums arrived from the U.S. as I had a feeling that they would be super special – and they were! I asked the company if I was the first in Perth to have recieved a Kiss Album, but they couldn’t tell . . . but I am damn sure I am the first to recieve a double Passion Pink Wedding Album, with 6 matching babies!
I was so hugely impressed with the quality of the print, the binding and the customer service. Here’s a sneak peek at my new albums:
This wedding was an amazing wedding. It was full of flair, colour, details and laughter. I don’t think I have laughed so much at a wedding before! There were so many wonderful images, Mel & Guy decided to have two wedding albums, and below I have chosen the best of the spreads to show you!
Enjoy!

Julie + Ralph Married } Perth Wedding Photographer
Posted on April 11, 2010
Julie and Ralph are a beautiful couple. Julie is gorgeous, blonde and bubbly with beautiful taste and Ralph – well first impression of Ralph was that he was a bit of Hugh Jackman, which is OK in my book! The wedding was as I thought it would be – well planned and beautifully detailed. Jules’s dress was gorgeous – I loved it. The grey’s of the Men’s suits went perfectly with the purple of the bridesmaids dresses. The ceremony was sweet and meaninful and the congregation was full of friends and family – so many people that I recognised and have known over the years. Thank you so much to Holly from Holly Netto Photography for her invaluable help on the day!
Here is the sneak peek of the wedding:
I’m taking the image, but then he has to answer the phone – still I like it!
What an incredible sunset it was that night!
A lovely wedding and lovely couple! Krystal

Holly from Holly Netto Photography took this image of me & my gorgeous bride Jules at her wedding from two weekends ago – isn’t it fantastic?
I think I was showing her one of these images
Wasn’t she just a lovely bride? More to come!
Note to all my lovely B & G’s: yes I admit, I’m running behind on my blog – it was the four weddings in three weeks that did me in
Stay tuned, they are coming!
