A beautiful Angel } Perth Family Photography

Just a sneak peek of a beutiful little girls who I have had the pleasure of knowing since she was in her mother’s tummy. She’s one of two, but I wanted to show her all on her own because she has her own beautiful & cheeky personality. I think she’s going to be like her gorgeous mother and can’t wait to continue recording her beautiful life.

I wasn’t sure if I loved this image in Black & White or in Colour – they are both beautiful.

Amy + Denis} Perth Wedding Photographer

Two weeks ago, I shot my first wedding of the season … Amy & Denis. Amy is a gorgeous blonde bombshell! Her dress fitted and suited her perfectly and one of the bridesmaids said that the wedding was all her’s …. she had her little touches everywhere. Denis was very very nervous! If fact, I popped into the Humer to have a look and take some images and Amy decided to have a short ladies break before walking down the aisle . . . I can only imagine what Denis was thinking! But all was well and she walked down her very long aisle (half of Hyde Park!) to meet her wonderful man at the end of it. The vows were also absolutely beautiful. The sun was out and shining and everything was perfect for their day.

Thank you guys for letting me be part of it. And thank you to Holly Netto for being so wonderful on the day!

In the last month I have been very very busy. Firstly, things are changing at home (in a good way) and I also entered into the Western Australian Professional Photographers Awards (let’s just call it the WAPPA’s for short). I did manage to become a finalist in the Portrait Family Category and what a wonderful moment it was to recieve that text.

“Today was a Fairytale” } Perth Wedding Photographer

Amanda and Nick got married on a beautiful March day in the Swan Valley. Mandy had obviously really thought about the details of her wedding, because there was little touches everywhere of her: the purple shoes, the glass vases, the gifts for the guests and the lollies . . . . if you were diabetic, you would have lost out at this wedding because it was lolly heaven

The First day of School} Perth Family Photographer

Here we are celebrating Christmas & New Year’s, hanging out at the Pool and doing all sort’s of summery things . . . . . and suddenly 2010 has started and the new school year has begun It’s like the horse races – you need to be looking left and right so as to not miss anything. I doubt we’ll come first, but it would be nice to finish intact I try (and I use that word very loosely) to photograph the girls on their first day of school, so this year I’ve done it a little differently.

She’s such a laugh, this child. All gangly, leggy and individual.

Then you’ve got this little one – all full of laughs and play, then goes to Pre-Primary and hides behind my skirts. . . . . very very shy – you wouldn’t pick it, would you?

The Fun of a Family Portrait} Perth Family Photographer

The weather held out for a good couple of hours for this shoot at Hyde Park, thank goodness! I love catching the other side of a portrait taking – when you’ve got the chidren beautifully lined up and then 10 seconds later the portrait is lost

The delightful old tree’s in Hyde Park make an amazing backdrop!

It was lovely photographing your lovely family!
